This pandemic has had women feeling exhausted, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We are expected to maintain our well-being while simultaneously maintaining partner relationships, kid's well-being and virtual learning, household tasks, and career! Making important life-altering decisions regarding careers, putting them on hold to help out with virtual learning. Isolation takes a toll and with limited social interaction and limited resources, life can be overwhelming. We may have adapted to less than healthier ways to cope, and understandably so!! It has been a tough year!


You are not alone, 2020 has been incredibly challenging but it has also become the year of women supporting women. This therapeutic virtual group is designed to focus on how to better achieve our goals and how to leave the past in the past. We will discuss whole health, women's issues, parenting, relationships, and more depending on what the group needs! We are here to listen, support, and build each other up in difficult times. Creating a lasting change in our lives.
